Exclusions
We will not replace or refund the product if you did not follow the instructions that came with the product on how to install, use and maintain it. If you used the product for something other than what it was made for, to the extent that the law allows us to. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer because of buying or using the product, such as losing money or not being able to use the product.
NOTE: The colour of the products on our website may look different from the colour of the products in real life, because of the way your screen shows colours and the lighting conditions. If you return a product because of the colour difference, we will treat it as a “Change of mind” return and charge you a fee for restocking.
Delivery Failed Delivery Attempt
If no one is there when your order arrives and Australia Post is delivering it, they will leave a note in your mailbox telling you to pick up your parcel at your local Post Office. If Toll IPEC or Allied Express is delivering your item, they will contact you before to make sure someone is there to receive your item. You will have to pay a fee for re-delivery if you are not home when they agreed to deliver. Refused by Receiver If your item is a gift, please make sure the person who is getting it knows about it, so they don’t refuse the parcel. You will have to pay a fee for re-delivery if the parcel is sent back to us.
Returned Goods
We make sure all the products we sell are working well. Sometimes, a product may not work the way it should, or it may get broken on the way to you. If this happens with an item you received, please email our Customer Service team and tell them what the problem is, and your Order number. Our Customer Service Team will reply to you within 2 working days. They will decide the best way to fix your problem with the least trouble for you. If the item you received is not working properly, we will replace it. You need to send the item back to us within 14 days of buying it, in the same package you got it in, to our warehouse in Sunshine West, Victoria 8438. We will not refund the cost of delivery. You will have to pay for the postage of the returned goods. If we don’t have any more of the product in stock, then we will give you all your money back. If you return a purchase because you changed your mind, we will charge you a fee for restocking.
