We currently only ship to destinations within Australia, and delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days.
Your order will be shipped using either Australia Post or a courier service, with delivery charges based on the size and distance of the shipment. Please note that some bulky items may only be deliverable via courier.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us for assistance. However, please be aware that due to Covid-19, there may be some delivery delays that are beyond our control, and we will not be held liable for such delays.
Please also note that we have shipping restrictions, and can only deliver to physical addresses within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, including MPO’s. In addition, no direct pick up is available.
There are certain postcodes that our carriers are unable to deliver to, including postcodes in the NT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, and WA regions.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a notification will be left in your mailbox if your order is being delivered by Australia Post, and you can pick up your parcel at your local Post Office. If your order is being delivered by Toll IPEC and Allied Express, we will arrange for the delivery to be made at your convenience, but please be aware that a re-delivery cost may be incurred if you are not present at the arranged time.
If you are sending an item as a gift, please ensure that the recipient is aware of the delivery and can accept it to avoid any rejection of the parcel. If the parcel is rejected, a re-delivery cost will be incurred if we need to resend the item.
