- Warranty: buyer should deal with the manufacturer for any warranty claim if the product comes with Australia local manufacturer warranty.

- Free postage only applies to Metro area of WA, NSW, QLD, VIC, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Please double check the postage cost before check out.
Return Policy
- Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are in any way unhappy with the product, we’ll happily refund you within 30 days of purchase provided all original contents and packaging are kept in good condition.
- Return shipping costs are of the buyer’s responsibility. Damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision will void our return policy.
- Please be advised that item must be returned in original packaging, undamaged condition, 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect name/ shipping address, the buyer should be responsible for the RTS fee.
- We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit – but we can assist the carrier to resolve shipping issues.
